In the body of the message, simply type the word SUBSCRIBE. No subject is needed, but the word SUBSCRIBE has been inserted into the links below, just in case your software requires a subject, Those who need to manually address the email can leave the subject blank, or put the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject area, too. Hit send. In a few minutes you should receive a confirmation email, explaining a bit about the list.

For "list" mode (each posting to the list comes to you separately, throughout the day as they are posted)

For "digest" mode (postings accumulate, then are all sent to you in a single email at regular intervals)
